What we collect

Only what you type into the Filter Inquiry Form: your name, company, contact details and the technical details of your inquiry. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Only to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR art. 6.1.b). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Who processes it

The form is delivered by e-mail through Web3Forms and arrives in our mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers only handles the data needed to provide its service.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to follow up your inquiry, and at most 2 years after our last contact, unless it leads to an order, in which case the legal retention periods for business records apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
